From Everett & north: Drive south on I-5, take exit 181B, take the 164th St. exit. Take a left onto 164th St., then left onto Mill Creek Blvd. Your destination is immediately on the left behind the gas station. Enter the 2-story building, go up the stairs and suite 204 will be the second door to the right straight from the top of the stairs. The office is not wheel chair accessible.
